— chapter one;

Intelligence.

-

Intelligence; (defininition)

Crime prevention and security achievement:

intelligence is a research methodology aimed at

collecting information, so that; in turn,

the final product of the information is intelligence.

Me, AKA, someone.

“The numerical language of control is made of codes that mark access to information, or reject it. We no longer find ourselves dealing with the mass/individual pair. Individuals have become “dividuals,” and masses, samples, data, markets, or…”

Gilles Deleuze [ Postscript on the Societies of Control]

…the importance of being corn on the cob.

I live in Cambridge. My room has two square meters with a tiny bed, a tiny desk and a big TV plasma which occupies half wall. The house is very comfortable. I go to supermarket once a week and buy absolutely necessary goods. This is my reality if I look inwards. One step beyond is the “real” thing. Real; I pay a big amount to live in this tiny place. I press bottoms each time I want something. This reminds me the old joke of a laboratory rat which explains to another rat the experimenter’s behaviour with next words:

“I have this man so trained that every time I press this lever he brings me food.”

The real thing doesn’t deny my concept of reality. The concept “alienation of one-self” it’s a crack as well as I crack up myself each time I read some text by Byung-Chul Han. He’s included as a rock star in the top of the pops siren calls of virus times. I recognize I read some of his books in gloomy times. Very practical to share on Facebook and keep your mates fisting and wallowing in showy failed discussions. Žižek vs Han? For how long has been the ‘academy of thought’ crawling on such muddy places? Since when exactly ‘philosophy’ became such slot-machine? Heidegger, Sartre… those obsessed with finitude, able to transmute terror into theoretical concepts of human life. Certainly not in ancient orient perspective where the social philosophy headed into social cohesion and not to reinforce a technocratic dictatorship.

:

If this is our cultural range, it’s easy to consider groupings entrenched into conspiracies. Reptilian theories;

“Blood-drinking, flesh-eating, shape-shifting extra-terrestrial reptilian humanoids with only one objective in their cold-blooded little heads: to enslave the human race. They are our leaders, our corporate executives.

These kind of paranoid beliefs are born in recent twentieth century and in part it gives reason to Han when he talks about “itself alienation” but I prefer call it accelerated self-commodification. Since the industrial revolution we have been moulded in mundane factories, armies, schools to live finally in the family case, every member saved inside. However to justify this argument we need to mention the fleet internationalization of capitalism (city-state), imperialism, colonialism, and nationalism (all coming out before the long 19th.) —In this (con)sequence somehow past appears to confirm our lack of self-confidence and trend into isolationism historically. This moulding of intelligence looks for guiltiness not solutions. The “crisis of confidence” ensued by postmodernism in the 198os has a ‘culture’ which exploits its members and then carelessly sets them out to transcribe for financial or professional gain, ignoring beneficial core links of investigated group. Civilization having past is objective evidence but no lessons.

The 70/8o’s hand state power was centred in the endless concrete resurfacing city. City transformed launching public projects establishing technocratic romanticism. Capital administration allowing pseudo-eternal life and endless abyss in soulless streets.

Nobody querying Amazon, Uber, Netflix, Deliveroo, Blackstone, Microsoft, Blackrock, Apollo Global Management, Owl Rock Capital, Silver Lake, Sixth Street, the pharmaceutical company Gilead, Pfizer. Nobody querying the large number of public institutions that pay, with public money, private coverages to their members and relatives in Spain; MUFACE, MUGEJU, ISFAS. Nobody querying the farmaceutical lobby. Nobody querying insurance companies as Sanitas, Adeslas, DKV.

Nobody querying about consultants like Deloitte making NHS decisions without experts.

We have the opposite because we are raw data for national treasury, very dedicated rats very entrenched in this historical narrative of hegemonic tradition.

The consultants companies are the thinkers of our goverments since the last 40 years. Thacherite-reagenite decisions. Anti-state actors. KPMG, McKinsey, Deloitte spending lots of public money for unspecified “services” relating to Test and Trace.

Governments that blow themselves like agreement of convenience — but a large inheritance of socio-historical domination. Entailing all effects for human disorientation boosting the identification for standard integration. Our species has been called sapiens but today intelligence comes as external order, a sort of crutch for V I P memberships. The ‘thinking’ surrounds us so long as we are coined into data. How do we interact with the unknown? How alterations caused by social interaction are determined like properties??

.

A free mobility is crucial to develop a healthy nervous system.

.

Intelligence and human values should be at the centre of a social running.

.

Today serious research and writing process is muddled up with cat piss and rhetoric rumination by pseudo-thinkers and flying saucers theorists everyone in the same budget lines, into the white. Gaza, in 2007 starts a broadcasted isolation imposed by oppressive troops, white phosphorus munitions etc… Apartheid and isolation is not alien to more than 2 million habitants in Gaza and West Bank.

They can talk long about “empathy that will help raise awareness and to not think selfishly.”

Here we make a big offense to Palestinians forgetting about what happened during British mandated territory between World Wars (see Herbert Samuel, empty land?). Until the advent of European Zionism in the late 19th century relations among indigenous Palestinians (Muslims, Christians, Jews) were peaceful and stable forged by centuries of coexistence sharing rich culture and lands. There’s no doubt about consequences of quarter system signalling and divisions into confessional bounded domains introduced and imposed by British colonial regulations, (see biblical-restorationist Consul James Finn).

Today Zionism still in project to eliminate the people and land of Palestine and it has not only ‘supremacist-racist-fundamentalist’ motivations, these are excuses for a mayor goal. Create the Israel’s Ben Gurion Canal (agreed between Saudi and Israel) and the appropriation of the gas field located off the coast of Gaza estimated at 30 billion cubic meters of the gas and oil fields. Other imperialist motivations can be easily seen but :

:

Dying capitalism builds its “exit”: destruction and war.

:

There is no shade of doubt that big “exiters” are the mighty Investment Funds directed by Zionist bankers such as Rothschild or BlackRock. They carry out their strategy of control and domination within blind collaboration of governments. They succeed sitting in the same dinner table Zionists and Arab capitalist governments as in the past did Zionists and Nazis. This alliance between Zionism and Third Reich, who, while sending millions of Jews to the gas chambers, in exchange for succulent economic support, encouraged the departure of the great rich Zionist oligarchs from Germany to the United States and other countries. Europeans and Palestine. Led by the Rothschild, Goldman, Sachs, Guggenheim, Loeb, Lazard, Oppenheim and Warburg, among others, left the Frankfurt ghetto with the support of the Nazis to found the emporiums we know today. Klaus Schwab, founder and president of the World Economic Forum in Davos, promoter of the “Great Reset” doctrine and member of the Board of Directors of the Bilderberg Club, is directly linked to Nazism. His father, Eugen Wilhelm Schwab, left Frankfurt along with other wealthy Jewish families with the help of Hitler to run the Swiss company Escher-Wyss that manufactured weapons for the Nazis using slave labour.

The exiters’ list is long.

°

On behalf of human intelligence we should look back to 1930s wage society, or to the 1970s difficulties for refinancing Welfare institution which is so on demanded. Outsourcing, privatization processes, cutting costs according to test indications for the New Public Management ideology. ¿…? Maquiavelli’s heirs have been working at full steam indeed. Repression and surveillance carried out through the classification — and criminalization- of dissent. The likely target was marginalize civil disobedience. If this was accomplished, power has been wielded with silk gloves. If not, they will resort to crude methods of restraints.

/

The capitalists and landlords win when we are divided, fearful, and/or fighting our own battles in isolation. All it takes is enough of us breaking for them to have their way. The perfect plot for coronabonds and the mutualisation of risks among the states, favouring Keynesian consensus. The “freedom” press talks about a strong European Union, last chance to return to “better times”. What a lack of memory! and dark future indeed for the EU system who systematically undermines a true fiscal and political union — system driven solely by profits and exploitation. The ruling political class is such servile of absurd capital that even some rich people recognizes he should pay more taxes to help the economy. Covid-19 is a class war. It is not the rich on the front lines of the fight against Coronavirus but the working class. Once again those in power are sending us into battle. Under the rhetoric rallying the troops, is the disastrous conditions of a sheer workforce. Saint Denis (13 April 2020) there are still many people who are with distaste working. The workers keep working because some factories are still open. Covid-19 is a class war and confinement is a petit bourgeois privilege above all in overcrowded areas.

It’s time to remember the struggles in Glasgow 1915 per example; the rent strike movement grew. In October more than 30,000 people participated all over the city. The first world war – like the second – added to the existing housing shortage, especially in the big industrial cities which became crowded with fresh entrants into the armaments industries. The landlords of those days naturally tried to exploit this situation for their own profit. They raised rents, evicted those that couldn’t pay, and took in new tenants at higher rents.

Barcelona 1931; the Comité de Defensa Económica, the rent strike erupted in April with the participants demanding a 40% reduction in rent. It lasted until December, involving between 45,000 and 100,000 people throughout the city. In the last weeks per example we can see evictions in Brighton, DiY Kodak Collective were again illegally evicted from a building. Exorbitant house prices are again and again forcing us to live in “communal” situations far beyond what we may desire. To socialise and communalise “the home” on our own terms we would fundamentally change the relationship between women and the work of social reproduction. This shutdown will demand an even larger socialisation of the economy and commodities. The next migrant crisis is near to pressure on the dysfunctional euro meanwhile now in Calais as Human Rights observers have counted 45 deportations in the last two weeks. It’s time to call a halt. The destruction of humanity itself as had witnessed history in Cassandraesque lines — apocalypse is a normal course of history. There are counted 59 epidemics of various types and with a varied level of regional and temporal scope between 1520 and 1821 in America during the three centuries of Spanish colonial domination. Predictions of disaster have always been ignored in the tradition of Casandra- like pessimism preceding events too late to stop. An iterative approach on the fragility of modernization.

*

One of the greatest evils of our century is demobilization. It’s the resoult of the 1930s “wage society” and the “wealth ware” in the 1970s. In this last decade allienation appeared to the sight of a reinvigorated State. I understand the occidental countries headed through three statements in the XXth century to the present all of them under “invisible” capitalism.

_

One; imperialism-protectionism.

Two; nationalism-colonialism.

Third; liberal-internationalist; free-trade.

_

Currently neo-liberalism is recapping obvious deeds sum of the last two survival stages which served as technical background for the creation of systematics frameworks of control — institutions.

One of the defining features in Western historiography has been to make up domestic “inventions” and “discoveries” and present to us like tools of survival.

But I remember one book by Ivan Ilych. “Tools for Conviviality”1973. He talks about an industrial logic that is not only part of the production models of consumerism but inherent in all the fundamental instances of contemporary living standards. Technology as a whole; transport system, school system and health system, as they were built throughout the 20th century and somewhat adopted the industrial model of production, based on exacerbated and endless growth. The tools born to free people from the hell of work have ended up putting people at their service. Coexistence with the merchandise. The magnificent fourth revolution; ubiquitous, mobile supercomputing. Intelligent robots. Self-driving cars. Neuro-technological brain enhancements, genetic editing… Without moving us far away from the definition of “hegemonic powers” given by Gramsci

“the ability of the government to direct/lead the whole of society, presenting as desirable their culture, their lifestyle, among the members of the dominated class.”

The present coronavirus disaster will be used by ruling lines and prompted by lobbies. Our survival is their method.

Excerpt from [The New Orleans Advocate] ….70+ companies have signed up to sell coronavirus antibody tests, but officials question accuracy…

Some companies have signed up to sell so-called antibody tests in recent weeks, according to US regulators. Governments around the world hope that the rapid tests, which typically use a finger-prick of blood on a test strip, could soon ease public restrictions by identifying people who have previously had the virus and have developed some immunity to it. ( Apr 13, 2020 )

Workers on front lines controlled by temporal adjustments and tested daily forward a healthier and zombified city. The relentless crisis embody the economic world forum desire. They need the oppressed and its poverty for their own lifespan because individuals and their suffering are free trades as the central institution of the economy.

  • Deeds, not times, calls for new forms of collective action but any noise outdoor sounds as insurrection.

The alleged intelligence of pontiffs’ teleworkers in their glamourous confinement overshadows the endeavour of deprived people who needs the street to survive. The reconstruction for the social bond is particularly sensitive; when human groups implode clear forget their location seeing their historical identity disintegrated.

rolling for submisive roles

The 4th Industrial Revolution started in the 1940's

/

We’ve crossed the dark side of modernity long time ago as so good Kafka put into his writting. It’s impossible to tie up all the loose but easy to see the key in the aged main character in “Before the law”. To consider how people born in a social and political interdependence but in a existing framed work already impounded. The pontifical architecture has an open door. I’m mad as hell if I try to give a key-response but it is easy look inwards. Look inwards in this two square room with no more existential doubt than next; if modernity was crossed over, if also history was crossed over as it’s said by honest thinkers, why I feel steel inside the endless aged shout for a Social Revolution?

Dear me!! Hegemonic thinkers and rainmakers in the same box. Stay at home they repeat. One of them supporting the end of capitalism others enhancing the blindness of social movements. Obviously is not a good idea go straightforward and organize mightier struggles. It’s time to think about “strategic intelligence” as Sunday’s picnic people and look our room, our home and livings amidst a regime which constantly guaranteed reforms. It’s time to look our home, schools, hospitals, prisons… In the last decade under the conservative government England had broken the bad numbers, council home building down 90%, 33,000 nurses leave the NHS each year, scrapped over 17,000 hospital beds, 780 libraries closed. What’s next? Pubs?

The food and fuel of modern economies is this promoted obsolescence. Just now I’m hearing through the window the willing clap and cheer up to NHS stuff. Over more than ten years UK gov slashed public services and yet rewarded the banks with bailouts and here is every neighbourhood heedful to clap at eight.

Stay at home. Stay connected. This canny latter slogan makes visible war aimed in our discourse, in our behaviour. Touched at distance, connected. Our behaviour is recorded and pooled by algorithms for intimate surroundings. We are especially keen to make use of politics realignments as a new game, the like of which we have never seen beforethis folk spirit akin to 1945’s. This optimism or luck of knowledge is fake. More than post-1989 banalities about the end of history is rather required to take seriously studies on young people about their blinkered forebodings, their indifference towards past and radical doubts about future. Intelligence strategies giving us public roles, propping up their pseudo-scientific status and a disciplinary model in which the superior controls the internees, specifically their bodies, performing like ventriloquist puppets who chuckle or go out home when the master pulls the strings. Polling data.

The polls are an event of agitation of a circumstantial majority that sustains the security of a hidden interest.

Everybody wants to end isolation and recover normal life and know where will be the Saturday party but poverty is more and more near to our house and charity acts won’t be enough to protect our rotten system.

Hundred years ago following paragraph was published by the title “The wage systemPëtr Kropotkin;

“Poverty, the existence of the poor, was the first cause of riches. This it was which created the earliest capitalist. For, before the surplus value (…) It cannot be so. For, on the day when ancient institutions splinter into fragments before the axe of the proletariat, voices will be heard shouting: Bread for all! Lodging for all! Right for all to the -comforts- of life!”

Poverty is not a problem of shortages but a perverse distribution of benefits. In Spain we can read the information from the Tax Agency which indicates that 134 biggest multinationals made profit of 91,894 million in 2016 and paid 11,594 worldwide for this tax, 12.6%. So in the last 13 years almost 210 billion euros have been defrauded from companies in Spain. In this sunny country where begun that demonstration of clapping hands and other propaganda cheering to the supermarket women cashiers like heroines. Women who works for long shifts underpaid changing clothes in tiny rooms. If someone can’t look the close similarity between these workers and prisoners is blind as a bat hell.

(18th April, 2020)

Tonight at this time but three month ago I arrived to UK. My attempts to don’t get mad consists to recall dearest people 759 miles away. In one conversation I remember next ethnographic research; “Nisun: A vingança do povo morcego e o que ele pode nos ensinar sobre o novo coronavirus.” Nisun: The revenge of the bat people and what they can teach us about the new coronavirus. It depicts about how human being warrants a complex net of different subjectivities. Fractal beings who are opened to bacterias, hosting harmful virus and harmless virus. The amazonian ethnic tribe mentioned in that text has a name; nisun — for mental illness provoked by any bad consumption. When I read texts like this my fevered imagination tries to understand the significance given to words. The significance owed to words. It’s obvious that they get grip by roots through the word. I’m not an academic person and I haven’t minimum level of knowledge to deepen into any science but I’m overwhelmed over these facts. In the Shatapatha-Brahamana we can read; “… whatever food man eats in this world, it will eat him in the other.” In another sacrificial treatise, the Jaiminiya-Bhahamana “The cattle that have been slaughtered and eaten here, have adopted a human figure, and now is making to man what it has made before.” This “ensue-Other” occupies the space betweenI” and “other”.

In the UK are around 1.8 million single parents, nearly a quarter of families with dependent children and around 90% are women. In Spain there are 1.5 million families headed by single mothers with a poverty rate of over 40%. I’ve that some women were insulted by lurking “police-balconiers” when they entered in the shop with their kid. This reveal cultural and educational failures indeed. Those risky round trips reveal the tangled desperation to give care, support and fresh air to children although that air is toxified by daft population troubled against foreigners, or not hetero-normative families. The fear community raise a double marginalization: From the state at first and them, by many berk people. What are the components which nourish those frightened failed communities?. Angst arouses the most archaic defences. I remember Fassbinder’s film “Angst essen Seele auf”. This film takes place among the resentful, deeply racist middle classes of Germany’s post-war period. All them with souls devoured by fear although they deny the fear and so the “other”. The rejection of death nourish arrogance. This is the claim for a sanitized reality. Authority (see governors) is reduced to be news readers and then police. In turn police methods are internalized — state control, control of production and reproduction methods. The fears require painkillers, sanitizers, sedates, vaccines provided by a monitored democracy. This is our neighbourhood. The absurd infinity of graphics that “demonstrate” the effects of what we do or don’t do. Coronavirus is just a symptom of global disease that we have endured for centuries. The marketing of fear. The poll is an event of agitation of this circumstantial majority that sustains the defence of one interest. Authority surveying fear. Pharmaceutical companies taking advantage of circumstances to capitalize in our respective weakness. Every day population is bombed by thousands of massive news. Why don’t regard the roots of 1.000.ooo of world annual suicides?

Arlo Parks (Sophie,2019)

I’m blowing bubbles in the faces of thugs

I’m smoking licorice tobacco for lunch
I’m still denying that I’m anxious as fuck
And I’m lacking in trust
And I think my art sucks (it sucks)
I look inside my head with disgust
I would say it to my mates but theyre probably drunk so I listen to funk
I bend to the punch
Then pretend that I’m fine when really I’m crushed

Shut your mouth and take your vitamins
Bite your nails and sell your Ritalin
I feel like the world is on my back

Algorithmic growth of desire and fact are collected and later used for managing resources and cancel sheer subjectivity; a future viable by free social imagination which is undermined inyecting fear in our brain. The interneuronal network becomes sluggish and behaviour blurred in minimal cells.

Today establishment “hegemonic” on masculinity supports its acting to protect the integrity of our societies with external intelligence. A fancy determinism dressed with biotechnological arguments. The synapse or tie between human beings and deep nature, mother-inland, turned into a waste-land. The health crisis caused by the coronavirus suddenly brings us back to reality because it isn’t only a health crisis. We are eco-dependent and interdependent organizations allowing the personal become political, letting the local become political. I started this chapter talking around inwards forward the territorialisation of knowledge. To allow insight among bodies. To use the structural coupling of bodies as a link between the social and the institutional.

That physical intelligence should make us smarter than a corncob.
